Jockey's dealer network, off paper and onto one platform.

Page Industries runs Jockey in India through a network of over 1,800 dealers and distributors, once managed on email approvals, paper complaints, and disconnected systems. We built the platform that now runs all of it.

The starting point

A network that had outgrown the way it was run.

Page Industries is the exclusive licensee of Jockey in India, one of the country's most recognisable apparel brands. Behind the brand sits a dealer and distributor network spread across the country, and by the time we met them, that network had outgrown every process holding it together.

Onboarding a new dealer meant manual approvals that took about three weeks and went differently depending on who was at the desk. Complaints were handled on paper, so issues went missing and nobody could say how long a resolution should take. The ERP and the financial software did not talk to each other, which meant nobody at head office had a live view of distributor stock, credit, or compliance.

The field had it worst. Sales users visiting outlets had no structured way to place orders or process returns. Orders moved on phone calls. Returns were negotiated case by case. And because none of it was in a system, the numbers management saw were always days old.

What changed

From scattered processes to one system.

Process
Before
After
Dealer onboarding
Manual approvals over email, ~3 weeks, inconsistent
Digital workflow, one process, 4 days
Complaints
Paper-based, no ownership, no SLA
Tracked centrally with an escalation matrix, resolved within SLA
Orders & returns
Phoned in from the field, reconciled later
Placed in-app at the outlet, validated against live inventory
Data
ERP and finance in silos, reporting compiled by hand
Real-time validation across systems, reports generated, not assembled
What we built

One system for the full dealer lifecycle.

01
Digital onboarding and lifecycle

Dealers and distributors apply, get verified, and get approved through one digital workflow. The same process every time, with compliance checks built in rather than remembered. The full relationship, from onboarding to service support, lives in the system.

02
Structured order management for the field

Around 350 sales users are assigned specific outlets. They plan routes of roughly 29 outlets, check in on arrival, place orders directly from the app, and process returns on the spot. New outlets can be onboarded from the field, so coverage grows without paperwork.

03
ERP and financial integration

The platform connects to the ERP and financial systems through an API-driven architecture, validating inventory and finance data in real time. An order placed at an outlet is checked against actual stock and credit before it is confirmed, not discovered wrong two days later.

04
Complaint and issue management

Product returns, logistics issues, and service requests flow into one tracked system. A configurable escalation matrix moves stalled issues up automatically, and stakeholders are notified without anyone chasing. Issues get resolved within SLA instead of disappearing.

05
Role-based access, web and mobile

Head office, warehouse teams, distributors, and field sales each see the screens for their job, on web or mobile. Everyone works from the same live data, and nobody sees more than their role requires.

The field, finally structured.

Sales users no longer work from phone calls and memory. They plan a route of roughly 29 outlets, check in on arrival, place orders directly from the app, and process returns on the spot.

New outlets can be onboarded from the field, so coverage grows without paperwork, and every visit is logged the moment it happens, not written up later.

The numbers the field checks every morning.

Targets, achievement, and incentives are live in the app, so the field sees exactly where they stand before the day starts, not at month end.

Managers see the same data in real time: field teams hold a 75% visit adherence rate, visible daily instead of discovered weeks later.

The outcome

Weeks became days. Silos became one system.

Manual processing time dropped 40% across onboarding, approvals, and complaint handling. Dealer onboarding went from about three weeks to four days, and it goes the same way every time. Field teams hold a 75% visit adherence rate, and managers see it daily instead of discovering it at month end.

Because the ERP integration removed the data silos, head office, warehouses, and the field now work from the same live numbers. Compliance reporting is generated from the system rather than assembled by hand before every audit, which is the difference between an audit being a week of panic and a button.

The platform is built on an industry-agnostic, modular framework with multi-language support and region-specific compliance handling, so what runs Jockey's network in India adapts to other distribution businesses without a rebuild.

Approvals that took weeks now take days, and everyone, from the warehouse to head office, works from the same live data.
